Go to dashboard.oculus.com

Continue with email address

Login with META Account​

Verify your Meta account - Set up Two Factor Authentication

Create an Organization​

Submit your Organization Name​

META Horizon Mobile App

Select your Meta Quest Headset

Go to Headset Settings

Select Developer Mode

Enable Developer Mode

Start Offline Casting

Download and install the Casting Software. During installation, select Create Shortcut to place the software on your desktop for easier access.

Select Cropped (16:9) instead of Original (1:1) to enable full-screen casting.
