Go to dashboard.oculus.com
Continue with email address
Login with META Account
Verify your Meta account - Set up Two Factor Authentication
Create an Organization
Submit your Organization Name
META Horizon Mobile App
Select your Meta Quest Headset
Go to Headset Settings
Select Developer Mode
Enable Developer Mode
Start Offline Casting
Ensure that your headset is properly connected to the PC using the provided link cable where the software is located, and then proceed to start the StartCasting File.
